The venue
A two-room silent-disco cocktail bar in the centre of Bergen. About 180 guests on a weekend night, a younger crowd that used to queue at the bar to ask for songs.
The setup
Spotify player mode on a tablet behind the bar, two screens with the live vote in Vaskeriet’s green and blue, QR posters on every table. Explicit filter on, replay timeout 60 minutes, guests can add songs from approved playlists.
What changed
- 1,900 guests voted last month, about 70% of everyone who scanned
- Average stay on vote nights up 38 minutes, measured by tab open times
- Tuesday vote night went from quiet to the second-busiest night of the week
